ZM Country Living offers handcrafted, 100% soy wax candles and other home fragrance products. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All of our candles are handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, appearance, and scent may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

We make every effort to accurately display product images and descriptions; however, actual colors may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required before an order is processed. We accept the payment methods available during checkout.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, ZM Country Living is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we generally do not accept returns on used candles.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Candle Safety

Customers should always follow proper candle safety practices, including:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children and pets.

  • Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep away from flammable materials.

  • Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn.

  • Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.

ZM Country Living is not responsible for damages resulting from improper candle use or failure to follow basic candle safety guidelines.

All content on this website, including logos, product names, photographs, graphics, descriptions, and other materials, is the property of ZM Country Living unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
